Conditions of Use

General
Offers, deliveries and other services from Equipe Bachofner GmbH are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions of business and delivery, which are accepted by the buyer when placing the order. Swiss law applies exclusively. Young people under the age of 18 only with the consent of an adult (i.e. an adult was present when accepting the terms and conditions)
Right of withdrawal
The purchase contract or the order becomes valid when the order process is completed. Joke orders are invoiced with the order value, but at least CHF 100.00.

Right of return
All stock items can be returned to us within 5 working days of delivery, stating the reasons, in perfect condition, unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. Goods ordered specially for the customer can only be returned with a processing fee of 15% of the total amount, but at least CHF 50.00. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods to our address on time.

Prices
All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF)

Shipping costs and payment terms
Delivery on account is only possible for regular customers (after the fifth order) up to an amount of CHF 200.00. However, we can refuse delivery on account without giving reasons. For new customers, delivery is made via 1. cash on delivery or 2. advance payment (as agreed between the parties)
The shipping costs are calculated according to the current postal rates (customs and imports for foreign countries) at the buyer's expense. We usually ship via postal parcel with a shipping number (economy or priority) as requested by the customer.

Late payment
will be invoiced with interest of 5% or the discount granted cannot be claimed.

Delivery conditions
The place of fulfillment is Kollbrunn.
If a package is refused, the customer bears the full shipping costs, as well as the processing costs of CHF 15.00 charged by us.

Reservation of performance
If an article is no longer available or at least not available for the foreseeable future, the customer will be informed of this and the article will not be delivered. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Articles that are manufactured on request or only after an order has been placed will be delivered later.

Delivery times
Information about the expected delivery time is non-binding unless the customer is given a binding written promise in individual cases.

Warranty claims
The warranty claims correspond to the supplier's specifications. Any further claims for compensation, such as compensation for loss of use and the like (e.g. shipping), are excluded. The buyer bears the costs of the improvement or repair in the event of incorrect operation (e.g. no bow string) and improper use of the goods.

Transport damage
Equipe Bachofner GmbH accepts no liability for damage or loss that occurs during transport. If the packaging is undamaged and the damage is discovered when unpacking, the customer must notify Equipe Bachofner GmbH of the damage in writing within 3 days. In the event of externally visible damage, the customer must immediately complain to the responsible carrier and notify us accordingly. The shipment must always be left in the condition it was in when the damage was discovered.

Retention of title
Delivered items remain the property of Equipe Bachofner GmbH, Tösstalstrasse 52, 8483 Kollbrunn until full payment has been made.

Your data will only be stored electronically and will not be passed on.
